the same level of service and support you’ve come to expect as our valued customer. While you are
developing your business plan for COVID-19, we would like to update you on steps we are taking to mitigate
risks and ensure that Laurysen Kitchens is able to meet your needs through this health crisis.
We are monitoring the health crisis closely, enacting best practices for health and safety, and remaining
vigilant in monitoring updates from official information sources. We also remain in touch with our leading
suppliers about their businesses continuity plans and how we can help each other.
We can assure you that we have a plan in place to ensure critical staff and supplies are available for
continuous operations in all areas of our operations. Here are some of the practices we have put in place:
- We have enabled some employees to work-from-home via remote tools which helps ensure
consistency of support
- We have significantly stepped up industrial hygiene practices to reduce the spread of virus
- We are requiring employees who are ill (or suspected to be exposed but not exhibiting symptoms)
to self-quarantine for a 14-day period
- Customer showroom hours have been reduced and are being managed on a by- appointment basis
following an appropriate screening
Based on currently available information, we are continuing to modify our practices and respond to yours,
adapting new steps to ensure we are providing quality products and service to our customers, reducing
risks to our employees and their families, and sustaining business.
