Pay Range: $36,000 – $86,000 per year

Laurysen Kitchens has an immediate opening for a Kitchen Designer | Sales Representative! We offer a structured compensation plan designed to support you as you build your client pipeline. In this role, you will consult with clients to design functional and beautiful kitchen spaces, create detailed layouts, and manage projects from concept to completion.
What you will do in this role:
- Apply your knowledge of kitchen, vanity, and closet cabinetry to create designs using 2020 design software.
- Incorporate basic electrical, plumbing, and flooring knowledge to ensure quality, fit, and functionality.
- Generate sales to meet or exceed targets for retail, new home builder, and renovator customers.
- Generate quotations for housing projects and follow up on leads from prospecting, walk-ins, and the web.
- Participate in showroom sales rotation, design competitions, and networking activities.
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and orders prior to processing by effectively using company catalogues.

Asset:
- Obtain or possess NKBA certifications (ACKD, CKD, or MCKD).
